Chicken Chowmein

A delicious yet surprisingly simple and nutritious recipe where noodles are cooked with vegetables and chicken in Chinese sauce.It is a very versatile dish which can be adapted to suit ones preference.

INGREDIENTS
  1. Capsicum ,Carrot, Cabbage , ...1/4 cup , julienned
  2. Chicken...250 gram , boiled and shredded
  3. Noodles...150 gram , boiled and strained
  4. Black Pepper...1 tsp
  5. Tomato sauce...1 tbsp
  6. Soy sauce ...1 tsp
  7. Salt...to taste
  8. Oil...1 tbsp
  9. ....serves for 4
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pan fry the vegetables with black pepper and few drops of oil for 2 minutes in high heat.
  2. Pan fry shredded chicken with black pepper , 1 tsp tomato sauce for 1 minute.
  3. Heat remaining oil , add noodles , 2 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce , vegetables, chicken , salt to taste and toss in high heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and serve piping hot.
