Chicken Chowmein
A delicious yet surprisingly simple and nutritious recipe where noodles are cooked with vegetables and chicken in Chinese sauce.It is a very versatile dish which can be adapted to suit ones preference.

INGREDIENTS
- Capsicum ,Carrot, Cabbage , ...1/4 cup , julienned
- Chicken...250 gram , boiled and shredded
- Noodles...150 gram , boiled and strained
- Black Pepper...1 tsp
- Tomato sauce...1 tbsp
- Soy sauce ...1 tsp
- Salt...to taste
- Oil...1 tbsp
- ....serves for 4
DIRECTIONS
- Pan fry the vegetables with black pepper and few drops of oil for 2 minutes in high heat.
- Pan fry shredded chicken with black pepper , 1 tsp tomato sauce for 1 minute.
- Heat remaining oil , add noodles , 2 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce , vegetables, chicken , salt to taste and toss in high heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve piping hot.
