Fruit Custard

When 'Morning shows the day' , you may start with loads of seasonal fruits cooked with creamy yummy nutritious milk and custard. Or you may take this as your dessert of the day.

INGREDIENTS
  1. Milk...400 ml
  2. Custard powder ...2 tsp
  3. Mixed Fruits...1 cup , chopped
  4. Sugar... to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix 2 tsp custard powder with 1/4 cup cold milk , avoiding any lump formation.
  2. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. After 5-7 minutes , add the custard powder slowly , say 1 tsp at a time , stirring to avoid any lumps.
  3. Keep adding custard and stirring for 4-5 minutes till you get custard of desired consistency. Remove from heat and refrigerate for 1 hour
  4. Put the cold custard in a blender and pour in a bowl with chopped fruits to serve.
